I Said It Was Coming and Here It Is!

I am delivering on a promise I made a few months back. Several folks inquired about Group Coaching Sessions , and I said I was considering that as an option for services. I wasn’t sure there would be a great need or response for it, but I was pleasantly surprised by the responses I have received so far.

The first Group Session will be limited to the first 12 Clients that sign up. The Session will be held from 7:00 PM-8:00 PM Tuesday evenings, beginning August 5, 2025. The cost is only $45 for the hour long- session and handouts, each week. Everything will be available online, and you will be able to join through Zoom, from the comfort of your home or office. This topic is Stress and Anxiety in the Workplace. This was the number one topic that came up for discussion, exercises and triggers. This will be a three week series, making the total cost only $ 135. And if you refer a NEW client who participates in the three week program, you will receive one session totally FREE! That is a 33 per cent savings, bringing your cost down to $ 90 for the three sessions! Each week will be different and full of ideas, exercises, fun and even a little laughter to lighten the load on work stress!
