I was asked to consider holding some Group Sessions and I was surprised by the response, truthfully. So, here it is. I have been working on the topics that were brought up in the order they were favored. The most requested was Anxiety and Stress in the Workplace.

I cannot believe I am really doing it this time! THIS time it is for REAL, ready, set, go! Like I haven’t done this before, right?

Guess what IT is? I promised myself, I wouldn’t back out this time. I have to make it Radiant and Real, this time!

Putting a new face to Tuesday success! Starting out slowly, but I know it takes time. I will have days I am able to buzz through and others, I might get a little overwhelmed. I get it, I am so human, I forget, I really am okay when I have a slow day. Rome wasn’t built in a day, and my business won’t be either.

Wherever He plants me, I will blossom! Not because I am so awesome, because HE is! I am blessed because HE gets me. I am quirky, different, unique, weird, whatever work or descriptive adjective you want to use is fine with me. Unless, you are just plain mean. Then, it will hurt my feelings. Yes, I am human. I do enjoy seeing others grow, flourish and keep BE-coming!

I truly love the calling to allow His love to flow through me into others though coaching. I enjoy His passionate love for humans, animals, plant life and the universe. I see things differently, and I am blessed.

How does one go from SCARED to SACRED? The same way I went from stub-BORN to Re-BORN.

I had to let go and let GOD! I finally started to listen to His messages. The messages never changed, it was me, who had to change and with HIS forever love, I have been doing just that! It is a story without end, so join me, in my next chapter, I promise, I will try NOT to take the pen back, and let HIM to author my story.

Have you ever asked yourself that question? That question carries power, doesn’t it?

Sharing the blessings is a terrific way to keep the blessing ball in the air. When you have an opportunity to do something good for no reason, and you just do it, it makes it that much sweeter. Expecting nothing in return and getting a genuine hug of peace and warmth makes my heart smile BIG!

Some days are better than others, would you agree? Not all days are total darkness or light? It truly is up to us to find the light on dark days. And, if we can't find it, we need to BE it!

Always from the heart... I would be the mouthful of a grandchild you just read about.

Do you know what a verbal hug is? Neither did I. I think I may have made it up. Today, I will wrap myself in verbal hugs. Learning how to love myself has not been easy.

I struggle with body dysmorphia. If you don't know what it is, count yourself blessed. What I do know is that there are many of us in a silent place because we don't know others who suffer from it. We are the quiet ones.
